The API is rate-limited to prevent unintended use. Once you hit the rate-limit, all requests will return the http status code 429 („Too many requests“).
If you keep hitting the rate-limit, you should wait a couple of seconds between requests.
At this point we do not publish details about the rate-limit, because we are adjusting it to fit our users‘ needs.
